How to Log In
PlainMenu uses a secure sign-in system. You do not create a separate PlainMenu password — your account is set up by the PlainMenu team when your restaurant is added to the system.
Before you start
You will need:
- A computer, phone, or tablet with a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge all work).
- The email address your PlainMenu account is registered under.
- Access to that email inbox to complete sign-in.
Steps
- Open your browser and go to
plainmenu.com/admin. - You will be taken to a sign-in page automatically. Enter your email address and follow the prompts.
- If asked, check your email for a verification link or one-time code and enter it on the sign-in page.
- After sign-in you will land on the Restaurants page, where you can see your restaurant and take action on it.
Tip: Bookmark plainmenu.com/admin so you can come back without searching for it.
Staying logged in
For security, PlainMenu logs you out automatically after a period of inactivity. If you see the sign-in page again, just repeat the steps above — your menu data is not affected.
Trouble signing in?
- Check that the email address you entered is the one on file with PlainMenu.
- Check your spam or junk folder if you are expecting a verification email that has not arrived.
- Try a different browser or clear your browser's cookies and cache.
- If you are still stuck, email support@plainmenu.com with your restaurant name and the email address you are trying to use.
Note: PlainMenu will never ask for your password in an email or over the phone. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from PlainMenu, do not click any links and contact support@plainmenu.com.
